We’re looking for an excited and driven Office & Culture Manager to enhance our team cohesion and engagement. You’ll be the go-to person for anything office and culture-related, helping ensure our offices (Helsinki and Stockholm) run smoothly and cohesively. The ideal candidate has a passion for supporting others and cares deeply about fostering an inclusive work environment that allows all employees to bring their best selves to work. As Office & Culture Manager, you will play an integral role in maintaining a fun, dynamic environment in which everyone thrives. Additionally, you will directly support our team members, own and improve upon our daily office operations, and drive forward our employee programming and events.

What you will be doing
Office management: Opens the office in the mornings and welcomes people to the space. Order materials and snacks to furnish the office. Manage relationships with vendors.
Administrative: Pays bills, make’s sure payroll is up to date, files regular paperwork, and handles accounting issues.
Priority and time management: prioritize projects, meet deadlines, and keep team members up to date with what is most important.
Calendar and travel management: Expertly maintain and update calendars in a fast-paced environment.
Planning and execution: Ideate, plan and execute company-wide off-sites, external events, and other ad-hoc events.
Employee experience: Help establish operational procedures and guidelines to help enhance the employee experience. Be a culture carrier and look for new and innovative ways to ensure Inventure continues to be an incredible place to work. Assist with high-priority miscellaneous people/hr initiatives.
What we’re looking for
Minimum of 2+ years relevant work experience ideally with a combination of office management and operations
A passion for building work communities, making workplaces operate seamlessly, and delivering an amazing customer service experience to employees.
You have a keen sense for organization, office aesthetic, and will commit to providing a calming and cheerful working environment.
Proactive team player, self-starter with proven ability to multitask and prioritize. Must be willing to collaborate with others.
An empathetic community-builder who loves getting to know people and brings social energy to a group. Loves to bring people together, have fun, and foster meaningful relationships and growth. Able to detect what others need and help them get things done
A highly accountable and organizationally minded individual who is skilled at processes and project management, and who can carry many simultaneous initiatives forward and prioritize fluidly as needs change.

Experience with Microsoft Office, Slack, and other office tools
