At BlueBenu we strive to innovate the current waste management system by developing new technologies which will make the recycling of the currently unrecyclable plastics possible. Your tasks are related to Recruitment and Development assistance and you will work directly with our HR/ P&C Team. Join us and help us to clean up the future, join us!

Your main tasks will include:

• Sourcing candidates using a variety of methods and tools to support our business objectives

• Identifying and nurturing potential applicants to maintain a talent pipeline

• Ensuring we have a fit-for-purpose recruitment process

• Draft, post, and monitor our job openings

• Preparing and sending new employee files

• Keeping track of the files of the current employees

• Initiating and maintaining employee wellbeing initiatives

• ad hoc tasks

Something about you:

You might be the person we are looking for if you are a great communicator, planner, and confident with a great desire to help others.

• You are someone that is very responsive and proactive (essential)

• You value open communication and are able to work seamlessly with team leaders to understand requirements and with candidates to ensure they have an awesome experience with us

• Your educational background is not a focal point as long as you have an interest in working within the broad spectrum of HR/ Recruitment/ People and Culture

• You are structured and organized

• You are outgoing, positive, and driven to deliver exceptional results

• You have a strong ability to engage with candidates and other stakeholders

• You have an interest in or passion for working with tech, innovation, entrepreneurship, and the environment

What you can expect:

• A 3-month unpaid internship (that can be extended up to 6 months), with 15 hours a week

• Flexible working environment

• A mandatory Monday meeting with the whole company and weekly meetings with the CEO and COO
