This is why we're looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to come on board and join our team.

A closer look at the position

As our new Growth Marketing Specialist, you will have the opportunity to massively impact the company’s success by developing and executing data-driven growth marketing strategies both to drive user acquisition and retention. At Mover you will get to work closely together with a new and highly skilled team of marketing creatives, who all work to create smarter logistics, reduce waste and WOW people. You will report to the CMO.

In this role, you will:

• Define and implement the PPC, paid social and digital strategies, including launch of new channels and new markets. Apply ‘test, measure, learn’ approach to PPC and paid channels to maximise performance and efficiency.

• Optimize marketing automation (HubSpot) and lead nurturing processes through email, content and social channels in a close collaboration with the brand and content team.

• Oversee the user journeys and conversion metrics from the first impression to the conversion funnel on the website and landing pages.

• Analyse top-performing campaigns and carrying out experiments to increase engagement and conversions (CPA vs. CLV). Seek to analyse, scale, and replicate successes.

• Analyse and report results using a variety of data sources including Google Analytics, HubSpot, and more in a close collaboration with the analytics team.

Most importantly, he or she is highly skilled in developing and executing data-driven growth marketing strategies. Not only are we looking for a skilful employee, but we are also looking for a friendly colleague with a strong team spirit.

In addition, we hope you match several of the following:

• A Master’s degree in marketing or related field

• 2+ years of experience in a Growth/Performance/Digital Marketing role: Parttime or fulltime

• Love to learn, collaborate and have a growth mindset

• Proven track-record in demand gen, using a mixture of PPC, paid social, paid media, retargeting and programmatic channels.

• Experience with full-funnel marketing, including tracking, attribution and automation

• Strong analytical skills and an ability to effectively communicate data into insights and actions

• Good experience with Google Marketing Platform, Facebook and LinkedIn

• Experience with marketing automation systems, like HubSpot, or a desire to learn.
