About the Role
As a Customer Success Intern at WasteHero, you’ll be an important part of the post-sales process, helping our customers to onboard smoothly and successfully to our software to maximise the potential for scaling-up projects. You'll work closely with our CSM and wider commercial team.
Maintain and adapt processes to ensure that new customers are onboarded successfully, receive value quickly and get a great first experience with WasteHero
Act as a trusted advisor for our customers, making sure all enquiries are researched and responded to in a professional and friendly manner
Serve as the customer’s voice and provide continuous feedback to your colleagues in product development and sales in order to respond to current and emerging needs
Work closely with the product and UI/UX team to develop improvements for our suite of products
Identify areas and implement strategies that will help customers receive the knowledge and support they require rapidly and proactively
Constantly iterate on processes and contribute to our growth by creating new content, playbooks, and processes
Develop processes and relationships that increase the retention and loyalty of our customers to ultimately increase renewal rates
Monitor health scores, satisfaction levels, and customer engagement
Maintain and update data in customer success management software
Versatility, initiative and willingness to take on a challenge are a must
Be intuitive around digital tools
Excellent communication and people skills
Passionate about sustainable technologies
Currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor or Master Degree
Fluent in English - written and spoken
A person who does not take themselves too seriously and adapts to office culture
Open-minded and always pushing towards innovative ideas
Can work in a spontaneous and dynamic atmosphere where they are commonly faced with split-second decisions
What you need to know
The internship is unpaid and full-time to fit with your University’s requirements. The internship runs for five to six months, depending on your needs. We are always interested in hiring interns afterward, either as student workers or full-time employees, so there are plenty of opportunities for work after the internship, based on performance.
Start date: between January - February 2022
Duration: between five to six months
