About the role:
As Mevisio continues to grow both internationally and within Sweden, we are searching for an Implementation Specialist in Stockholm to join our Customer Success Team. We at Mevisio call this role 'Implementation Specialist', but you might know it as 'Solution specialist', 'SaaS specialist’, or ‘Delivery Engineer’.
In this role you will be responsible for working closely with clients to customize Mevisio according to their business requirements, taking part in build iterations, and helping clients find creative solutions to their problems.
What you will do:
Configure the Mevisio platform to meet customer requirements
Configure, test, and deploy integrations with a variety of systems
Participate in technical workshops with clients, where you will assist in gathering and defining customer requirements as part of the project team
Assist in resolving maintenance-related issues and provide ongoing technical support to customers after Mevisio has been implemented. You would not be the “front line” of customer service, but would be supporting in the background.
Run developer training sessions with customer employees.
Work with colleagues to continuously improve our processes
Relevant skills and experience:
BSc degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
Basic coding ability in JavaScript
Troubleshooting and problem solving abilities
Consultative, solution-oriented approach to customer interactions
Ability to work independently on day-to-day responsibilities, as well as in a team environment working towards shared goals
Detail-oriented, the ability to test and re-test your work is key!
Knowledge of Lean methodologies is a plus, but not a requirement
Communicate clearly both in English and Swedish, additional languages are a plus
