About Copenhagen School of Entrepreneurship
Copenhagen School of Entrepreneurship (CSE) is a unit at CBS that engages in preparing students to be business ready. CSE is the largest Danish university incubator where students are supported in testing business concepts and in building their own startups. Besides running the incubator, we offer accelerator programmes, workshops, curricular activities, and events for startups and students.
We are looking for a new event assistant to be a part of our daily activities, by coordinating activities in relation to our entrepreneurship event, CBS Entrepreneurial Day. The position is estimated to 15 hours per week, and to be considered for the position, you must be a student.
Specific for this position
The position involves a number of tasks to support CBS Entrepreneurial Day. Some of these are listed below:
Recruitment of interesting startups and potential collaborators
Be the first point of contact with startups and collaborators, and retrieve information about them for promotion, in accordance with GDPR regulations
Send out invitations for schools, entrepreneurs, and partners within the eco-system
Ensure successful event execution
Creative creator and service-oriented communicator with a structured approach to work tasks
Ad hoc tasks related to the planning process
Experience, qualifications and personal skills
Many educational backgrounds can be relevant for this position, but you should have a good interest in working with project or event management. We appreciate candidates with the following qualifications:
Have great English skills
Want to handle and monitor own tasks and projects
Is tech-savy and curious on digital tasks
Is able to find unseen opportunities in your project or tasks

Salary and employment conditions
Employment will be according to the overall salary and employment agreement between the Danish Union of Commercial and Clerical Employees and the Ministry of Finance (OAO-S Fællesoverenskomsten).
It is a requirement for employment that you are a student enrolled at an institution in higher education.
