We are on a mission to find solutions for noise pollution in our everyday life! More than 50% of European citizen live in noisy environments which is causing hearing damages, stress and heart diseases. Especially the young kids' ears suffer from loud sounds. We developed an innovative and unique solution that will be soon available for various age and target groups.

With our brand Little Snooze, we start with the youngest in our society. Little Snooze's mission is Happy & Healthy babies in our noisy world. A noisy place can be unpleasant and potentially dangerous for the development of our little ones. Our sound-absorbing products improve and prolongs the nap time, prevent overstimulation for a relaxed everyday life. This gives parents more freedom when they want to go out while having comfort and safety for their kids.

Our team is growing and we need your support in our UX design.

What you will be doing:

• Design research (user interviews, analyzing interaction data) to identify and scope features, you are directly in touch with our stakeholders.

• Create visual content for sales presentations, articles, blog posts and other media in close collaboration with our CMO.

• Conduct and plan user testing.

• Prepare and present your findings to the team.

• Develop personas and user journeys that will lead to improving our marketing strategy.

• Create wireframes and storyboards.

• Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness.

• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.

What you bring:

• A degree in interaction, interface or graphic design is a merit

• Great at visual design

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Collaborative, but also able to be creative and self-driven

• Interest in sustainability and hardware
