Are you interested in getting hands-on experience from the startup ecosystem? Then the Fast Track Malmö Accelerator might have an internship for you! Fast Track Malmö (FTMO) is a startup accelerator program that is part of Minc (the startup house in Malmö). Every year we invite 10 hand-picked startups from around Europe to join the 3 months program. We help startups to accelerate their growth and raise capital from venture capital funds.

We are a small team of two Accelerator Co-Leads, Melinda and Nino. Melinda is a former VC investor and Nino is a former startup CEO and co-founder. We are looking for a colleague that can help us prepare and organize the 2022 FTMO accelerator program while our colleague Anja is on Maternity leave. 

About the Internship

• We need your help on a day-time basis 40h/week

• Paid internship

• 6 months, preferably start mid-November or early December

• Offices at Minc in Malmö & working from home

Responsibilities 

• Events management. Coordinating founders and VC investors to make sure they’ll have a good experience with FTMO.

• Communication. Take ownership of our social media channels and help us get the message out to our community.

• Admin. Help us organize our processes to supercharge the accelerator. 

Qualifications

• Fluent in English

• Team player

• Great communication skills

• Be present in Malmö

• EU citizen or work permit in Sweden

• Studies at master level are preferred

• Any experience from startups is an advantage
