Who are we?

Oquam design and develop software that supports innovation processes, including tools, eLearning and feedback capabilities. Our goal is to help people and organizations improve their innovation capabilities by using digital tools. We are a small team of dedicated entrepreneurs offering a fun and friendly work environment where everyone is equal. We have many years of experience in innovation training/facilitation, organizational development, leadership, learning, personality types and technology development and are happy to share this knowledge with you.

What we are looking for:

Our modules have a lot of graphics, videos and whiteboard-animations videos. To help us producing these, we are looking for a skilled illustrator-student that wants a part-time job.

You will work in close collaboration with us in making scripts and plans for the modules/videos.

We expect you to be collaborative and reliable and be able to meet at the Soeborg office at least once a week physically. Amount of weekly hours 10-15.

You:

• Should be excellent to do hand- and digital drawings and taking these into animated videos.

• Should be able to work with the Adobe CC package, Premiere Pro, After effects, Animator etc.

• Are expected to study computer animation, fine arts, graphic design, or related fields.

• Have an understanding of animation and character development techniques.

• Have attention to detail, adaptability, and receptiveness to feedback and direction.

• Have a fun-loving personality and thrive working virtually as well as in our location

• Are able to act individually as well as work closely with team members

• Have an opinion and are not afraid to express it to us

• It would be nice if you have any UX/UI experience, but it is not a must.
