The People & Culture team at Lenus eHealth is moving full speed ahead with building our People team, processes, and ways of supporting our amazing leaders and employees. As a super fast-growing scale-up, we are busy growing our team and nurturing our culture, and we need YOUR help to support new systems and people processes which will enable us to scale at lightning speed.

We are currently around 260 lovely colleagues, ready to welcome over 1,000 more in the next few years! 

The role: We are looking for a service-minded Employee Experience Student Assistant to ensure a positive and inspired employee lifecycle at Lenus. This is your dream job if you are studying HRM and looking to gain a unique, versatile tool box within all things people-related in a dynamic, fast-growing and innovative scale-up.

What you’ll do:You will be a custodian of people-related operational processes and systems, ensuring that activities run efficiently and effectively to support employees, leaders and colleagues. More specifically, your key responsibilities will be within HR service delivery especially data maintenance, document support, relocation support and general people support.

Furthermore, there is:

• Daily execution of People Operational Excellence such as contracts, on- and off-boarding activities, support to anyone on everything people-related

• Support to People Partners with processes such as promotions/salary adjustments, redundancies, talentand performance reviews

• People system and Master Data update and maintenance

• Act as focal point for work permits and visa handling

• Perform general administration of people processes, incl. improvements, changes and creation of new procedures as needed

• Governance and Compliance – for example GDPR-related activities such as clean-up exercises etc., update of procedures, training and introduction to colleagues

• Ad hoc projects and activities.

You are: - An HRM-student or similar- Fast-paced and full of energy, because you thrive in a busy workplace with lots of different things to do, where no two days are the same- A structure-lover with sharp attention to detail- A go-do’er who doesn’t have time to wait around for things to happen – you make them happen! - Tech savvy (Slack, G-Suite, Peakon, various HRIS platforms)- Fluent in English, Danish is a benefit but not required
