Who we are looking for:
The ideal candidate will be reporting to the Marketing Manager and CMO, and the candidate will take responsibilities in B2B customer relationship management (CRM) and digital marketing activities. CRM activities includes taking ownership of day-to-day handling of data of existing, new and prospective customers. You’ll work closely with the marketing team and global team leads to ensure data is correctly stored to aid effective marketing.
Digital marketing channels in this role will help our trainee gain experience in email marketing, content marketing, social media, website management, SEO and much more. The performance marketing trainee would be required to adopt a methodical approach while analyzing statistics and should be able to glean insights to make campaign recommendations
What you will do:
Create engaging emails for outreach and content campaigns including A/B testing.
Set up website landing pages for effective lead generation.
Knowledge and prior usage of tools like Facebook Ad Manager or Google Analytics.
Support in the production of reports, newsletters, blogs and press releases including copywriting and copy proofing
Inbound lead enquiry management
Work closely with the Marketing Manager on improving our B2B marketing strategy
Source and implement the most effective keywords, measure keyword performance and optimize campaigns based on them
Leverage customer insights to better segment, target and reach potential customers.
Exposure to data visualization on Google Data Studio and reporting tools
The ideal candidate has/is:
A final year Bachelor / Master's student or have graduated within the last 2 years
Previous experience in a marketing role would be highly preferred
Computer literate and ability to pick up new systems quickly
Knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excel skills preferable
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Strong analytical skills
Self-motivated and goal oriented
Ability to prioritise, be flexible and work to tight deadlines
