Job Description 

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to refine our existing product offerings, better align with user and market needs, and to discover new potential product candidates.  

Your job responsibilities will include: 

• Focus on discovery and market research 

• Directing user research in collaboration with our UX researcher 

• Applying design thinking to go from user needs to product specifications 

• Testing product assumptions with experiments and rapid-prototyping 

• Requirements elicitation from internal and external stakeholders 

• Participating as Product Owner in Agile/SCRUM meetings 

• Be responsible for the product roadmap and backlog 

  
  

Your profile 

You believe normalizing diversity and empowering companies to be more inclusive is important, and you also share our key values of compassion, respect and integrity. At the same time, you would like to be an integral part of our team, contribute with your expertise, further develop your skills with us and make every effort to ensure that our mission is achieved. 

You should also: 

• Have 3 years experience with Product Management or Product Ownership 

• Prior experience with a role in Market Research or User Research 

• High levels of English fluency (spoken and written) for customer-facing communication 

• Have displayed organizational skills needed for self-direction and following projects up to completion 

• Enjoy taking ownership of projects, building roadmaps and defining timelines 

You will be reporting directly to our CEO.
