We are looking for retail and events manager that will be responsible for our farmshop, events at our farm and implementation of our small shops in different towns.

The ideal candidate will move from "manager" to "Head of" as we grow from executing our first goals into defining and executing a strategy that involves small shops across different towns.

You will first be responsible for engaging with our neighborhood:

• Set up our farm shop

• Invite restaurants for farm dinners / "street food" nights

• Organic our own farmers market

• Coordinate local activities like farm tours with local neighbors and schools

You will later work with our CEO to define a strategy that involves a small shop in different towns, defining our retail strategy to dissiminate our vision and quality food across NordSjælland and greater Copenhagen.

This position is only available for danish-native speakers due to the nature of the job.
