We are in need of a motivated, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales department. The successful candidate will understand what motivates customers and know how to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way.
Your focus:
Maximizing market penetration
Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them
Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics
Achieve sales goals set by CEO
Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
Conducts customer sales calls and presentations.
Skills required
Fluent in Swedish speaking and writing
Comprehensive understanding of Sports
Highly motivated to achieve challenging goals
Excellent communication and presentation skills
