The Role

You will help grow and strengthen our business by finding and engaging the best passive and active candidates within mainly sales, for our offices within Europe, in Ballerup and London. 

This is a strategic function that will enable Monsidos growth, help shape our company culture and identify the talent we need. 

Despite your main recruitment focus being on sales profiles, you will also have the opportunity to help recruit employees for our marketing and engineering teams.

You will be reporting directly to the Country Manager.


  • Owning and managing recruitment processes for mainly sales positions, where you will be handling the entire recruitment process from A-Z, which includes:

  • Identifying future hiring needs and trends

  • Designing job descriptions

  • Consistent cold outreach to exceptional candidates to actively appropriate candidates to fill open positions

  • Sourcing candidates through databases, social media and especially through LinkedIn

  • Pre-screen and interview inbound candidates

  • Conduct interviews

  • Negotiate, close offers and handle contracts

  • Keeping our ATS(LinkedIn TalentHub) updated at all times

  • Ensuring that the hiring managers are always fully informed and adhere to the process and work towards agreed hiring plans and role specifications

  • Ensuring a great candidate experience by providing timely feedback and updates

  • Employer Branding: Always having an employer branding related mindset, branding Monsido on various social media platforms and at events

  • Furthermore you will also assist in various ad hoc HR tasks when needed 



 There is no perfect candidate, but these are some points we prefer

  • 2-3+ years of experience in a Headhunter / Recruiter / Talent Acquisition role having experience with hiring especially sales profiles

  • Track record of success in finding, engaging, and hiring top talent 

  • Experienced sales personnel recruitment

  • Strong collaboration skills - we’re an international company with many different cultures

  • Proven experience using the Corporate LinkedIn Recruiter as a search tool

  • Experience working in an ATS

  • Effective communication, interviewing and negotiation skills

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

  • High-energy and passion

  • Demonstrated ability to meet quotas


Other Qualifications

A successful TABP has excellent interpersonal skills, is organized and detail-oriented, and remains up-to-date with the employment legislature. A good TABP can assess candidates' skills, experience and relevant knowledge to qualify them to our job requirements.

If you have previous experience with engineering positions it will be considered a plus.
