raffle.ai is an AI-powered search engine that helps companies find information in their massive knowledge databases. They are looking for a UX/UI Designer to direct and think through all aspects of the existing product and support the marketing teams with onboarding and conversion.

raffle.ai primarily wants someone who is aesthetically-driven or a skilled visual designer, to support the needs of marketing and website content direction and the brand of the product.

Secondly, they need someone who is technically-driven to collaborate closely with the lead programmer and development team to continue to set the direction of product development but is also comfortable with working a little with front-end code.

Seniority

This position requires some previous years of experience, especially in leading product direction and visual design. It is important that you have the confidence in your abilities as you will start out being a UX team of one at Raffle.ai.

The team

You will be a design team of one. Not to be confused with being unsupported or isolated.

You will collaborate closely with the whole C-suite and Lead Programmer to direct and support.

The project

This role crosses over two key areas of the business, Marketing and Product.

Within Marketing, your role will be to assist and optimise the front-end designs for the website as well as collaborating with the CCO (Chief Commercial Officer) on setting the direction of brand, graphics and product onboarding.

With Product, your role will be to create wireframes and high-fidelity mockups of new iterations on the product and collaborate with the Lead Programmer on setting the roadmap and direction for the product. You will also source user insights in collaborate with the customer success manager and other stakeholders.
