About Huuva
We believe that today’s food delivery market is broken and aim to fix this for all stakeholders of the value chain by making virtual food courts the new norm. For restaurateurs we offer a plug and play-solution for scaling your brand to new markets with healthy unit economics. For the end consumers, we create a unique virtual food court experience directly within existing food delivery applications.
We are opening our first location in the Helsinki capital area in September and look to expand to other European cities during the next six months. We are backed by the leading venture capitalist in Finland and well positioned to address the needs of the fast growing market.
About the role
You will own and develop Huuva’s brand - consumer facing Huuva Food Court and B2B focused Huuva
You will own Huuva’s website and food delivery pages
You will coordinate marketing efforts with our partner restaurants
You will test out and run ad campaigns to increase sales through Huuva Food Court
You will have full ownership in asset creation
You will build out and own Huuva’s marketing tech stack
You will be creating end-to-end experiences -> when a customer receives a bag from Huuva kitchens, it should feel different
You will make Huuva feel bigger than its size
What’s expected from you
Relevant experience from similar high paced industry
You are entrepreneurial and get things done
Ability to create content and simple marketing assets on your own
Past experience in successfully managing freelance/agency work as a customer
Gravity towards exceptional creative talent -> best illustrators, best creative people live in your network
You’re well familiar with most used social media channels
Fluent written and spoken English
What’s appreciated

About the Process
Intro chat with Ville (Leppälä) (30 minutes)
You'll first talk to Ville on a 30-minute call; you won't need to prepare anything in advance. We would love to hear your story, where you're aiming to go, and understand if we can be helpful in that journey. In exchange, we'll share with you how we came to be, and who we are. We can talk over Google Meet. If we both feel hyped and you seem like a culture add I'll forward you to discuss with the other Ville.
Marketing chat with Ville (Lehto) (30-45 minutes)
The purpose is to give you a thorough overview of our marketing and the role. You'll get to ask questions and we'd also love to hear about what makes you tick and your interests within the areas we are working on. Here again, if we feel that you could contribute to our work and you're excited about the challenges we face we'll move forward.
Task + Demo (3 hours + 45 minutes)
We'll provide you a task to assess your skills and execution. After finishing the task you'll demo it to our team.
Meeting the Crew (30 minutes)
Finally, we'll get one person from every team to one (virtual) room to touch base one last time before making a final decision. Usually these discussion are more about us vibing together and getting a feel of how working together would in the future feel like.
