We are hiring a creative Senior Mobile Product Manager to lead the development of new product initiatives for Surprise.com. You will collaborate with designers and engineers to build new mobile features and products for the Surprise for Teams ecosystem. Do you love to develop and lead mobile product strategy, identify trends in data, plan short and long term roadmaps, lead cross-functional programs, measure impact, and orchestrate wide-scale product implementation and rollout? Being a product leader in your area by deeply understanding the needs of our customers and developing a strong product vision and strategy;
Rallying cross-functional teams of designers, engineers, and data scientists to build technology, systems, and products that redefine how leaders around the world use Surprise.com to drive better outcomes for their teams and organizations;
Helping ensure that the Surprise.com product experience is engaging, intuitive and fun for our customers and user base;
Building alignment across the company on your vision, including leadership and executives;
Working as part of a remote international team to understand customer needs, business objectives and outcomes;
Being a leader – Surprise.com is a product-led company and as a senior member of the product team you will be expected to lead projects and teams.
A bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g. Math, Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, etc.);
3+ years of experience building and shipping products at a consumer technology company;
A team player who can collaborate and build trust with engineers, designers, data science and other cross-functional teammates;
An analytical and creative thinker who can approach problems from a first-principles-based framework;
Someone who can independently initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance;
An excellent communicator who can use compelling arguments to influence outcomes.
Hands on experience across the entire product lifecycle including: defining product needs, prioritization, pre/post-launch execution;
Experience working on a combination of consumer products and business or platform oriented products;
Exceptional analytical skills.
