About the job: 

We currently have an urgent opportunity for a Senior Account Director to join our exciting growth journey and mission to make it easier for brands to create better campaigns. This requires someone with great client management skills, a strategic mind, and a desire to make a difference. 

As our Senior Account Director, you will manage a portfolio of clients and advise C-level marketeers on the strategies and processes that will help them de-complexify campaign development for short-term marketing and campaign effectiveness gains and long-term competitive advantages. 

Together with our Insights & Strategy team you will do so by applying Mano’s campaign orchestration framework - serving and empowering your clients with the best tools and methodology to deliver cross-functional integration and synergy across all phases of campaign development. 

As part of this it will be your responsibility to bring clients and agencies together during campaign development by ensuring a common reference point and set of goals. 

You will also lead the internal Mano processes together with the team to ensure we deliver our services and expertise at the right time, at the right price. 


Specific responsibilities include: 

  • Build relationships with a select client portfolio and serve as the main point of contact. 

  • Advise clients and other key stakeholders on the strategies and processes that will help them decomplexify campaign development to create memorable and brand defining campaigns. 

  • Lead and motivate internal project teams across insight, strategy and project management. 

  • Lead the clients’ end-to-end campaign development process by applying Mano’s campaign orchestration framework 

  • Be responsible for client P&L and project profitability. 

  • Ensure the growth of client relationships through quality work and pursuing opportunities. 

  • Co-lead new business initiatives in cooperation with the business development team. 

  • Co-develop Mano’s products and services to ensure we continue to provide best-in-class orchestration solutions. 


Profile expectations: 

  • Experience with managing brands and campaigns at agency or brand side. 

  • Ability to advise and build relationships with C-level marketers. 

  • Experience with managing multiple stakeholders and complex development processes. 

  • Experience with translation of campaign concepts into go-to-market strategies. 

  • Ability to pre-empt and address campaign development challenges before they arise. 

  • Experience with transformative processes and challenging the status-quo. 

  • Ability to lead and motivate a cross-functional team. 

  • Flawless communication skills (fluent English, verbal and written). 

  • The right to work in Denmark.
