Hackyourcloset.com is changing the clothing industry for good, literally. Our service allows thousands of people to share the same closet. Our closet is composed of carefully selected second-hand and unused items by our stylists. For 299 SEK per month, our customers get access to our closet and can receive 4-5 items every month, wear them and return them after a month or keep them a little longer. We are currently looking for a part-time associate to join our Distribution Team. The position will begin with a training period (8 hours a week) and gradually build into a full-time position. 

As a distribution associate, you will be part of a team that is responsible for:

• Processing incoming customers and assigning the correct distribution partner 

• Corresponding with distribution partners regarding shipping schedules and any discrepancies

• Working with customer success team answering distribution related emails or phone calls

• Tracking incoming deliveries

• Supporting the Incoming Goods and Customer Success teams to ensure the best flow for the company

Who are we looking for?

• As a person you spread good energy to your colleagues, are outgoing and enjoy working in teams.

• You're detail oriented, organised and work well talking to customers.

• Even if you do not meet customers face-to-face, your duties are highly customer-related and place high demands on professionalism.

• You have a beginner's understanding of Excel + Google tools.

• You speak English and Swedish fluently (both written and spoken). Please submit your CV in English only.

Our office is located in Kista with access to both the metro and buses, approximately a 5 min walk from Kista Galleria. The training period will be in-house.
