There are many important aspects in delivering this, we need to secure all the steps in the process from application to some months in to the employment. For us to deliver this we need someone that want to help us create this onboarding process, covering all important information and the create the foundation for the new job.

Custimy saw it’s first light of day in 2020, and has since then turned into a rapidly growing start-up with offices in both Copenhagen, Aarhus and Warsaw. And if you come visit us, you’ll be met by a bunch of funny and deeply talented people, who see the world a little differently.

But to be honest? We are so proud of that. Because we know that seeing the world differently than the rest, allows us to rethink status quo. And that is exactly what it takes, if we want to change the distortion of competition between SMBs and enterprises.

On a mission to lessen the competitive gap between SMBs and enterprises, we have mixed extensive knowledge from the marketing and e-commerce world with artificial intelligence, cloud solution and a no-code approach, and created a Customer Data Platform that offers SMBs the same level of access to their data as the enterprises.

What we are looking for?

We are looking for a HR & Operations Intern who can help us with various HR and recruitment tasks with focus on the onboarding process. Most likely you study or come with an HR background or degree.

We have a positive "we can attitude", value team performance, and is a strong communicator. To navigate in creating a state of the art on-boarding, HR processes and recruitment.

• Passion for people, operations and human resources.

• Ability to navigate and create structure for HR processes.

• Take pride in your work – nothing is too big, nothing is too small. You love to learn.

• Pay attention to details while still managing to keep a broad perspective.

• Enjoy working in a young company where you can influence how we do things.

Note; we are looking for applicants who are fluent in English.

What will you be doing?

As we are a young company there are various assignments however the onboarding process will be prio. No project is too small, no is too big. You will take part in this process, by:

• Create full overview of our candidate application channels

• Establish a state of art on-boarding for employees across all departments

• Create and structure training operations

• Set framework for our different application processes

• Finding proper aid for interview process

• Assist in evaluating retention measures.

• Work with a very high degree of freedom and independence.

• Doing all sorts of cool and uncool things, which we have not yet foreseen.

  
  

This is an unpaid internship suitable for a student part time or full time.
