Ordeca is a start-up founded with the goal to contribute to increased capacity for change in organizations. In the near future, we will be the obvious choice for organizations that want to take advantage of digital opportunities for more efficient organizational development. The ambition is to become a market leader in a growing global market for software and services for organizational development and contribute to transforming the organizational development industry. We develop a user-friendly and innovative cloud solution (SaaS) based on KTH research and the team's long industry experience in the field. With our solution, large and medium-sized organizations receive help to significantly increase the proportion of successful organizational changes, with improved goal fulfilment, time-to-market, and cost efficiency as a result.

What we achieved?

We have the support of KTH Innovation and are part of their pre-incubator program. We are working on bringing in our first investment. We have confirmed a solid customer interest and developed a MVP based on market feedback. Our future pilot customers include Sandvik and WWF. We are a small and dedicated core team with a passion for helping organizations increase their ability to change and to make the team complete and we are looking for a developer with the potential to become our CTO. If you are the right person, you are offered co-ownership in various forms and will have a central role in the company's development.

About the role

As a developer with CTO potential, you are responsible for the company's SaaS solution as well as its functionality and user-friendliness. You are the one who develop the system, handles tests, documentation, etc. You will also set the tone for the company's technical development, this includes architecture, system development, solution design, integration solutions, devops etc.

You are responsible for the strategy for how the development will take place in the future. We see great opportunities to integrate and develop the platform towards AI and BI. You also have an important function in the collaboration with the pilot customers, by working with the user in focus.

The role also includes:

• Responsibility for development and strategic IT decisions  

• Responsibility to plan for the platform's further development together with the CEO and others in the management team

• Responsibility for a cost-effective product without compromising on quality

Qualifications

• Experience in software and product development

• Full Stack Developer

• Experience from working with SaaS solutions

• Qualifying with experience from working with start-up companies, machine learning and AI

In the role as developer with CTO potential, you have a strong self-leadership and a forward-leaning approach with a can-do attitude. You are a passionate developer and technology nerd when it comes to development based on both existing and new technology, are analytical and reflective. You are driven by product development, have a strong business focus linked to technology and have a good understanding of SaaS solutions. You are motivated to participate in building an international SaaS company based on advanced technology in, among other things, AI, and BI.
