We're on a growth journey, we have big ambitions, and we've recently scaled the team from 15 > 40 fulltime people from over 25 different cultures in Copenhagen, Denmark. Therefore, we're looking for an experienced Sales professional to join us as a Chief Sales Officer to lead our Sales & Partnership team of 9 people in expanding to the UK, DACH and Nordics. As Tames most senior sales leader the Chief Sales Officer will be responsible for strategic sales leadership and the delivery of our revenue goals.
You will be directly responsible for the growth of our new business and the success of our international expansion. You will report to our CEO and work in close collaboration with our COO and the rest of the Managerial team within Marketing, Customer Success and Product. Your overarching goal is to manage the sales team’s strategy in line with Tame’s purpose and values and develop and identify opportunities with prospects and new clients in the UK, DACH and Nordics and build them into long-term profitable relationships.

Responsibilities
Develop and deliver an impactful and scalable Sales strategy, action plan and roadmap
Own, develop and review the company’s sales performance; achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and profitability performance within target areas
Lead and develop the direction for a high-performance sales culture to support Tame's revenue goals through in- and outbound prospecting
Develop and adapt sales best practices and methodologies to ensure the team fulfil their potential, with ongoing training, coaching, mentoring and support
Develop and retain a stable and accountable sales pipeline
Find, Grow and Review Sales Channels to ensure consistent growth in Tame's Sales Targets
Lead and Develop the short and long-term initiatives to to reduce sales cycles increase hit rates and enter new markets faster
Ensure commercial excellence through optimising in systems, integrations, methodologies and reporting
Drive new sales initiatives across existing and new markets
Reporting on the performance and development of Sales Department

Professional competences
Solid sales leadership experience from a growth start-up or mature large/corporate player, ideally in B2C/B2B2C/digital product/SaaS companies.
Experience successfully building, scaling and implementing sales initiatives, operations, teams and strategy
Experience driving customer centric improvements focused on customer journey and customer experience in innovative, fast-paced environments
Extensive knowledge of relevant sales processes and sales tools (Salesforce, Aircall, LinkedIn Navigator etc.)
Fluency in English (speech and writing).
Personal characteristics
