ABOUT THE ROLE
We are now looking to expand the Spiideo team further with the addition of a Support Agent EU, based in Malmö, Sweden. In this role, you will report directly to our Support Team Lead
We are passionate about our Software users and partners from all over the world. Our aim is to help our customers to win by providing the best possible experience with our software products. Supporting Spiideo Perform and Play users and Play viewers, as well as internal stakeholders, is the most important part of the Spiideo support team’s everyday activities. As the face of Spiideo, you will be in close and direct contact with professional sports teams from all around the world. Being a member of Spiideo’s support team will require you to strengthen our relationships to existing customers and internal teams at the same time. Responsibilities & opportunities:
Answering incoming requests from internal and external stakeholders by email and chat
Be the first point of contact and advocate of our customers across all products
Take full ownership of customer’s inquiries and make sure solutions are found according to SLA
Investigate and replicate bugs or test new features
Collect feedback and channel back to our product team for improvements
Create tutorials, articles and user manuals for our help center
Share our passion for professional sport and delivering the best service possible
We believe you:
Have experience working in customer care of a SaaS company or similar industry or have experience working in elite sports video analysis and want to learn how support works from the other perspective
Love helping clients and solving problems
Keen to be working in a fast-paced start-up environment, including the option to work on weekends and shifts
Strong communication skills in English (read, speak, write) and if you are fluent in French this will be a huge advantage
Have the ability to work independently and stay on top of things
