Responsibilities
Your work are divided into two parts -
1. merchant operation administration
lead new merchants launching activities by coordinating sales, account manager, finance and tech resource.
manage merchant's menu, schedule, and hardware devices.
test pilot project with innovation concept
merchant onsite promotion/support when needed.
daily operation work supporting others in the team
2. food delivery operation
deliver food to customers with car provided by the company
traffic planning, optimize driver routine and coordinate other drivers when needed
help SoEasy to build and grow own logistic team

This position can lead to a full time position as operation manager or logistic manager.

Salary structure: 5,000SEK - 13,000SEK/month

Skills & Requirements
You are currently in Stockholm can attend physical interview immediately
B driving license and good driving record
Professional level English, in both speaking and writing.
Had or studying with bachelor or equivalent degree. Training is provided therefore relevant experience is a plus but not must.
Self-starter; you know what you have to do and it only takes half a word;
Customer focus: Pleasant & proactive manner and ability to deliver +1 service.
Sense of urgency balanced by meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to anticipate problems that may occur with deliveries.
Initiative and commonsense. Reliable and accountable.
Self-driven, organized, passionate in working in fast pace start-ups.
Expected working hours as: Mon-Fri 11-18 including 1h lunch time, Sat-Sun 15.30-17.30, possible to chose the best fitting schedule. Starting asap.
