In short: Help define our product, grow into a leader and shape the future of commerce online. Remote position in CET +- 2. €50 - €60k annual salary and 20% of the company. We'll consider a higher equity stake if you're a rockstar. Either way, you'll never have to work again after Dealflow.

🔮 Why you should care about this role

• We empower the most happy, famous and driven people on the planet. You'll get in close contact with them as you build the product that will shape how their business grows. YouTubers, Instagrammers and influencers. It will be your playground.

• You'll significantly shape our product market fit. It's day 1 for us, so you'll get a chance to make our product, your product. Build our tech stack from scratch and work with the newest technologies.

• We're remote first. You get to live anywhere in the CET±2h timezone. Overall we always try to make life really easy for you. We do meetings when they're really needed. Not by default.

🔎 What we're looking for

• You're a entrepreneurial fullstack engineer with a preference for backend.

• You have at least 2 years of experience in a startup environment.

• Special plus if you have experience from fintech or social commerce

💻 Your responsibilities

• Help navigate the jungle of early product decisions and find product market fit with Seb.

• Develop the frontend together with Seb.

• Develop the backend and make all major decisions related to our tech stack.

• Build and manage the tech team together with Seb.

• Salary: €50k - €60k annually.

💭 How will we assess things?

We care about dialogue. In many cases, we might learn more about you from the questions you ask us, than we do from the questions we ask you.

Our steps:

1. Initial interview with Seb (30 - 45 minutes)

2. Technical assessment with Seb and one of our technical advisors (1h)

   1. Run us through a project you're really proud of.

   2. Coding challenge

3. Final interview with Seb (1h)

4. Reference call with 3 of your (former) colleagues

   1. At the same time you'll get to talk to one of our investors and one of our advisors. There you can ask any question you like.
