THE MISSION

We are looking for a Growth hacker / Business developer. The work is a paid consultancy on a part-time basis (initially). The work can mostly be done remotely.  

We connect clients with our local community of creators to produce great video content. Your role is to be creative, fearless and experimental in testing out new ideas and strategies to help 10X our growth.

THE TEAM

 You'll be working in a professional team of 6 people with established processes and evolved practices. You will have the opportunity to advance your knowledge and affect a lot of what we do and how we do it, as well as experience the early-stage, take-no-prisoners, bootstrap mode of working.

THE WORK

• Develop and apply new tactics and strategies for commercial growth

• Coordinate collaborations with partners

• Identify user journey friction points

• Analyze and optimize conversion rates

• etc.

REQUIREMENTS

• A proven track record of growth hacking/business development

• A strong interest in marketing, video and technology

• Great attention to detail 

Nice-to-have:

• Fluency in both Swedish and English

• A startup founder, marketing, agency or sales background

• Experience with and understanding of how digital marketplaces work
