What are we looking for? 

We are looking for 1-2 motivated Sales Interns who can promote our sales in Sweden.

What we need from you:

·        Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or IT.

·        Clear concept of B2B sales.

·        Living in Sweden.

·        Good presentation and communications skills in English and Swedish.

·        Basic theoretical or practical knowledge of IT.

·        Not afraid to take responsibility and can deliver upon deadlines even while remote.

·        Driven and competitive for success.

·        Strong desire to build permanent/long-term win-win business relationships with customers and us.

·        Motivated in learning, sharing, and growing up together.

·        Ready to work in a small but quickly scaling company

·        Motivated to work as a commission based (commission on sign on + commission on recurring invoices) intern.

We consider each of following qualifications as a plus:

·        Previous experience in B2B sales/recruitment/HR in IT.

·        Entrepreneurial spirit and mindset.

 What you will be doing:

·        Selling B2B job contracts for remote IT consultants.

·        Working closely with the CEO of the Swedish branch to construct the sales organization functionally according to our business model.

·        Manage outreach and communication with potential clients and partners.

·        Manage service deliverables and relationships with consultants.

·        Document the sales process and progress in our CRM.

·        Work closely with the rest of the sales team to coordinate efforts.

·        Get coaching from the Swedish branch CEO who have 8 years of experience in sales.

·        Be an ambassador for We Technologies in your social presence – LinkedIn.
