The Opportunity

In this role, you will have the responsibility for establishing, maintaining, and improving our whole operations (Everything from and in between finances, reporting, supply chain, inventory, stakeholder management, and much more).

It's a unique opportunity to join on board a company that is going from hobby stage (with traction) to startup stage with investment and support from one of the biggest e-commerce houses in Denmark.

You will work closely with the Founder and Director of E-commerce to professionalize the operations and to take the company to the next stage.

We are looking for someone who is motivated and gets a “kick” out of building operations capabilities while executing and proving results.

You will be given a high level of freedom in steering your area – of course – having fun together along the way. Are you ready to join us in the pursuit of operations excellence?

Duties & responsibilities

-          Operations (various responsibilities such as Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory, Tech etc)

-          Management and leadership (As the company grows the COO will become the internal point of contact for employees, country managers, local sales people etc)

-         Finance (you will be responsible for running all our finance overall)

Desired Experience

-          Experienced in working with Operations within e-commerce.

-       Having overseen or handled a seven-figure financial budget, or the proven ability to do so.

-       A proven track record of successfully handling operations within a start-up to mid-size company, with multiple functions and responsibilities.

-       Understanding the dynamics of scaling a tech system.

-       Experienced with leading individuals and teams of different age groups.

Desired personal characteristics

- You’re an analytical thinker with the ability to understand root cause, logic flaws, etc.

-       You possess the ability to establish clear direction and priorities and hold others accountable for successful outcomes.

-       You have strong written and verbal Danish and English communications skills.

-       You’re flexible and adaptable with a demonstrated ability to lead a nimble, lean organization.

-       You have a positive mindset – even when things get tough.

-       You’re organized, yet you also thrive in chaos.

-       You’re tech-savvy.

-       You are a go-getter/executer.

Required Experience

-          At least 2 years’ experience with operations within e-commerce

-          At least 2-3 years’ experience with leading a team
