Who are we looking for?

We're looking for a skilled Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing team in the heart of Copenhagen. Preferably someone who is interested in gaming and esports. You will be in charge of acquiring new users onto GamerzClass and also getting existing users to use, recommend and love our product even more. You will join a team with high-standards, growing opportunities through sparring and education and lots of exciting challenges to be solved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the rest of the team to drive user activation and retention by improving the customer journey, implementing email campaigns, in-app notifications, etc.

• Own our customer acquisition strategy, driving increasing month-over-month growth by scaling our performance channels

• Build from the ground up a robust customer acquisition strategy

• Together with our Growth Unit you will help to run experiments, analyse data, and research to develop insights that reveal growth opportunities.

  
  

Qualifications:

• You love marketing

• You have an entrepreneurial mindset

• You are data-oriented and have great analytical skills

• You are empathetic and great at communicating - verbally as well as written

• You are systematic in your way of working

• You have a proven track record and a solid experience of working with performance marketing

• You are comfortable with product development practices, such as customer research and working with software development and design
