We’re looking for a proactive and service-minded person to join our rather small but extremely dedicated team of 14 young and kickass individuals from 8 different countries. Someone who wants to work hard, hands-on and determinedly to assist with our customer support as well as online marketing. Your overall task as a Customer Success Specialist is to increase customer satisfaction and customer retention.

Your Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the communication with our customers through social media, email and live-chat

  • Answer questions regarding products, orders, cancellations and general HairLust inquiries

  • Assist in the development of new initiatives to better our relationships with customers

  • Assist with our content marketing

  • Assist with our Search Engine Optimization

  • Research and planning of marketing campaigns

  • Ad hoc tasks

Apart from primary work assignments, you will be expected to help out with a broad range of tasks, which includes everything from optimization our website to execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve great success in our e-commerce business.

 

Requirements

  • You live in Copenhagen, Denmark

  • Native Danish speaker

  • Proficient in English

  • You have a strong desire for providing a world-class customer service

  • Good experience with customer service, but ready to be challenged on everything you have learned before

  • It’s required that the right candidate has some experience in the scope of customer service. We’ll provide you with training in order for you to get up-to-date knowledge within the specific fields of digital marketing.
