We are looking for:

A Social Media Marketer to facilitate the Marketing team in developing and executing various marketing campaigns. As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you’ll work directly with our CMO and Creative Team as well as other teams in different functions, such as customer support, sales, and distribution. The right candidate has a strong analytical mindset, an eye for detail, excellent communication skills and the willingness to learn as they go.

What You Will Do:

• Making contents for our brand on Instagram and TikTok

• Engaging with Rens' audience and supporters

• Monitor our Social Media channels keep track of traffic, engagement, growth and conversion rate

• Collaborating with our creative and strategy teams to create and manipulate videos, a plethora of photography, social copy, gifs, short clips, streaming stories, etc. 

• Reach out and collaborate with Influencers/brand ambassadors to create innovative ways to gain exposure for the company's products

• Help identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation

• Honing your design, editing, and blurb writing skills utilizing standard industry software and social platforms

What you need:

• High fluency in English, no Finnish required

• A frequent user of Instagram and TikTok, a strong understanding of these platforms and their user base.

• Experience in Influencer Marketing and Branding

• Experience in working with analytical tools such as Facebook Marketing Tools & Google Analytics

• Understand the nature of social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok

• Excellent communications skills, both written and spoken, and comfortable in communicating across levels

• Able to move fast in a high-pressure environment

• Strong skills in copywriting

• Video skills, including filming and editing with Final Cut and Premiere Pro

• Photography skills, including taking photos and editing with Lightroom, Photoshop

It’s good that you also have:

• Have your own social media game

• Expertise in digital marketing management for fast-growing startups

• Experience in retail, fashion, and e-commerce industries
