All powered by powerful back-end algorithms, API-integrations and data management. 

We have just launched the Beta version of our app and are looking for someone to lead the product- and tech development. You will work side by side with our CEO and take on a co-founder role. 

You should have an ownership and growth mindset, quick learner, be passionate and all the other things one would expect from a startup founder. You know if you are one.

What we want you to do

• Drive the product vision for Liked and ensure its successful in the delivery. 

• Bring creative thought to the product development process and to Liked at large through using customer insights effectively.

• Be passionate about customer insight

• Keep a close eye on competitors, ensuring we are on the forefront with our products as well as following trends. 

• Understand how Liked is performing, from both the customer standpoint, using data to understand what is happening and why.

• With time grow, lead, develop and motivate high performing cross-functional teams. 

The person we're looking for:

• You’re an entrepreneurial candidate with proven digital product leadership experience.

• You have proven experience using customer insights to drive feature development

• You should have an understanding of programming fundamentals.

• Demonstrates frontend and backend experience and knowledge. Not on the nitty gritty level, but with a basic understanding be able to work and communicate with our developers together with our CEO. 

• Detail oriented, inquisitive, and highly interested in results tracking and measurement in every project. You know that iteration and experimentation is key to success. You are able to work well with commercially minded people and know the tools, frameworks, and structures to evaluate product performance. You know what to look at to support decision-making and set effective goals.
