Vi søger en ildsjæl, der kan hjælpe os med at varetage den daglige kontakt til vores kunder. Vi leder derfor efter den rette Customer Success Manager, der kan yde den support, kommunikation og vejledning, der holder vores kunder glade og tilfredse.


Din jobfunktion:

I din stilling kommer du til at håndtere en stor del af den daglige kontakt med eksisterende og nye kunder. Heriblandt support og hjælp til brug af vores produkter via telefon, mail og chat.

Derudover vil du skulle assistere os i forskellige markedsførings- og salgsindsatser, såsom mødebooking, demo af platformen og afsendelse af materialer via mail.

 

Dine kvalifikationer:

Vi forventer, at du taler og skriver flydende dansk, samt mestrer engelsk på højt niveau. Gode kommunikationsevner og et roligt overblik er også vigtigt, da du kommer til at tale med mange forskellige mennesker hver dag.

Vi forventer, at du har en gennemgående positiv indstilling. Det er også en værdsat egenskab, hvis du er initiativrig, og ikke er bange for at tage kontakt til mennesker, du ikke kender på forhånd.

 

Derudover er det en fordel, hvis du har tidligere erfaring med:

  • Kundeservice / support

  • IT-systemer mm.

  • Salg og service
