You will be part of our Aarhus office (able to work onsite) and work closely with our sales team. We recruit interns who we believe have the required abilities and ambition to get either a permanent or part-time position afterward. During your internship, you will be trusted with a lot of responsibility, and have control over your own projects.

The start date is flexible and can be arranged to fall on the 1st of September. Interviews will be conducted throughout the entire recruitment process. The internships are normally 4-6 months and end up with a student worker job, however, we are flexible to find a solution that is fitting for both parties.

Description & Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Intern at WasteHero, your responsibilities will include:

• Maintain and adapt processes to ensure that new customers are onboarded successfully, receive value quickly and get a great first experience with WasteHero.

• Act as a trusted advisor for our customers, making sure all enquiries are researched and responded to in a professional and friendly manner.

• Serve as the customer’s voice and provide continuous feedback to your colleagues in product development and sales in order to respond to current and emerging needs.

• Work closely with the product and UI/UX team to develop improvements for our suite of products.

• Identify areas and implement strategies that will help customers receive the knowledge and support they require rapidly and proactively.

• Constantly iterate on processes and contribute to our growth by creating new content, playbooks, and processes.

• Develop processes and relationships that increase the retention and loyalty of our customers to ultimately increase renewal rates.

• Monitor health scores, satisfaction levels, and customer engagement.

• Maintain and update data in customer success management software. 

Versatility, initiative and willingness to take on a challenge are a must. One day you could be onboarding a new customer, the next you could be creating mockups for our product team based on customer feedback. 

About You

Fluent in English (Fluency in Danish is a bonus)

• Thrives in a social role and gains energy from talking to our customers

• Brings a self-starter attitude to work every day and isn’t afraid to take initiative

• Has exceptional communication skills and is collaborative between departments

• Enjoys versatility in their daily tasks and is willing to help drive changes throughout the company

• Is highly organized and detail-oriented
