You will be working closely with our Head of Business Development & Strategy to define & execute strategic initiatives to achieve our mission to be the go-to place for animal lovers to re-home and take care of their pets online. Your responsibilities will include:

• Strategy development & follow-up: Support the management team in defining our corporate objectives and key results (OKRs) every quarter and putting in place the systems and process to track our success in achieving them

• Product Development: Help define the product/tech roadmap and act as a business partner to our tech team, e.g. by concisely and clearly defining the business logic (why, what and how) of new products and features

• M&A: We grow primarily through acquisitions and you would be helping across the deal cycle from sourcing attractive targets to supporting in the diligence process and defining the value creation plan for each acquisition

We are looking for someone who can commit to at least 50%, ideally starting August/ September. If it’s the right fit, at the end of the internship we would offer you a permanent position.

The goal is to expand our business on a global scale, by continuing to acquire more sites.

You are:

• A structured and analytical thinker with a growth/learning mindset

• Studying at or recently graduated from a top university in Sweden or internationally, e.g. SSE, KTH, etc...

• Able to fluently communicate in English, verbally and in writing 

• Having experience of previous internship at a startup, management consulting company or investment bank is a plus

• Having experience with PowerBI/Tableau/Alteryx and SQL or willingness to learn is a plus
