We’re a bold and visionary, yet down-to-earth and heart-centered, tech company based in Stockholm and we’re now looking for our first growth hacker to join our team and take the lead of growing our user base and improving our usage metrics.
Bower is a service that is loved in Sweden and our growth has been almost 100% organic. We are growing at a rapid rate and you will be a driving force to accelerate our growth even further.
Responsibilities:
Experiment with different channels and find new areas to expand our marketing activities, owning execution, analysis, and scaling the best opportunities
Rigorously test hypotheses and use data to drive decisions, including implementing the necessary analytical frameworks and reporting mechanisms to measure and drive success
Think beyond acquisition to effectively grow the customer base, re-engage and retain them
Identify the most appropriate tools to be used for email and retention programs
Explore opportunities across different geographies to grow the brand through a combination of market and marketing best practices
Collaborate and work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet business needs
Choose which metrics/KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to focus on
Bring traditional and creative ideas on how to grow those KPIs
A/B test those ideas
Analyze the data and users’ feedback
Exchange ideas/data/feedback with other departments in order to present results and make the product more user-centric.
Drive traffic to the app, website, landing pages, social media...
Understand conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and hacks and being able to apply CRO hacks
Work with the AARRR Sales Metrics Diagram (Acquisition – Activation – Retention – Referral - Revenue)
Prioritize growth channels
Optimize channels in order to always improve the performance of the business
Scale and automate the growth processes
Increase inbound sales leads
We are looking for someone who ...
Is data-driven and kind of a data-geek
Knowledgeable about referral marketing and able to create viral growth
Strong quantitative and analytical abilities: you can pull your own data to answer your questions, develop insights and take actions from that data
Has experience with growth hackings tools for A/B Testing, marketing automation etc.
Has knowledge about both inbound and outbound marketing
Has experience across a variety of channels including paid social, search, display (additional experience with offline channels like TV and OOH is a plus)
Has editing and copywriting skills
Has high proficiency with app analytics tools such as AppAnnie, SensorTower, Appfigures or similar
Has strong reporting and data analysis skills including the ability to query and pull data sets as required
Is performance and results-oriented
Is not scared of pivoting
Is curious and creative
Has 3+ years of growth marketing and app marketing experience
Has previous mobile app experience
Is a team player – but enjoys working independently
Is fluent in Swedish and English
