Monsido is now hiring an additional Business Development Representative for the Swedish market! This means that we are looking for a native speaking Swede with a passion, drive and a willingness to succeed in a high speed software company!

You’ll be joining our Business Development team, who are focussing on the Danish, Norwegian, Dutch, Belgian and Swedish market. The role is a 100% inside sales development role, where you’ll be focussing on the Swedish market, and therefore it’s crucial that you can communicate in the native language.

The team consists of a mix of passionate, highly motivated and outgoing people who are looking forward to welcoming a new colleague in their team and including a new coworker in their social atmosphere. Our BD team enjoys an incentive compensation package that includes a generous base plus commissions, bonuses, spiffs, contests etc.—no cap on earnings!

We’re looking for an ambitious and driven Business Development Representative, in either a full time or part time position, to help us grow even more than we already have. Together we will build the business:

• You will create new opportunities on the Swedish market, which will mainly be done through outbound sales calls but also through inbound leads, to grow our database of clients and increase sales opportunities

• We’re looking looking for talented, driven BDR’s who are looking for a fast progression in the beginning of their career

• We will provide you with the necessary training in regards for you to succeed and achieve excellence

• Knowledge of Google Suite is a plus
