Business Development Intern

Ultiro is currently searching for a business development intern, with a strong interest in sales and business development. You will be part of the sales & marketing team, working closely to the Head of Business development and CEO. For the right candidate, this could be an incredible opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a leading business development, sales strategy and international market.

In addition to business development and sales, IT background and experience is preferred. If you have direct experience with IT development and consultant industry earlier, be sure to point that out. Knowledge of speaking both Swedish and English is also highly beneficial.


  • Supporting Sales and Business development team to work on the strategy level

  • Perform market research to identify prospective clients and new business opportunities

  • Responsible for qualifying leads and prospecting through new and existing channels

  • Assisting in making new business recommendations based on market research

  • Assisting in competition and market monitoring

  • Deliver business development reports and sales progress forecasts

  • Develop customer base in CRM system to integrate sales, marketing and customer engagement efforts.

  • Supporting in creating and conducting various sales and marketing campaigns


  • Passion for IT development and new technology

  • Interest in international business, sales and online marketing

  • Fluent in English language, both spoken and written

  • Previous sales and business development experience

  • Team worker with good social/interpersonal skills

  • Organized, able to prioritize and track tasks

  • Working knowledge of lead generation, customer relationship management, and social media platforms

  • Technical knowledge of IT is a plus

  • Some knowledge of Swedish is a plus
