As part of this goal, Valerian wishes to become the leading resource and thought leader for entrepreneurs looking to grow their companies: whether it’s a cash advances to fund their growth or the thought leadership that our Senior Editor will produce with her or his team.

The Role:

The Senior Editor of Valerian will be expected to produce:

• Weekly podcasts with industry leaders from around the world

• Regular whitepapers on subjects related to growth

• A repository with the best content available on subjects related to growth

• A weekly newsletter distributed to our network of industry leaders

• Meetups and conferences

The Senior Editor will be expected to recruit and form a team to produce the abovementioned content.

Profile:

You are a driven individual with excellent academic credentials having spent at least 5 years with an internationally reputed business/tech publication. Fluent in English, it would be great if you spoke at least one or two other languages.

You are a self-starter who thrives in a chaotic fast paced environment. You have excellent interpersonal skills and you have a keen sense of humor and a capacity to not take things too seriously (especially yourself)

A genuine interest in business and startups is an obvious prerequisite for this role that will lead to significant exposure in the European and Asian tech scenes. If A16Z, TechCrunch or Sifted are references for you, let’s get in touch.
