About the role
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the responsible of the retention of the clubs in your area.
In order to achieve great results you will design and run strategies to increase the customers health and the most important KPIs for the company.
A great Customer Success Manager is able to create strong relationships with customers and to build a productive network. Playtomic customers are sport clubs and players, that is why it is important to have experience in the racket sport industry to better understand its characteristics and to better perform in this role.

Data driven
A proactive and customer-oriented attitude
Experience in the padel industry
Fluency in Finnish and English
Driving license
