We are looking for an ⛑️ Customer Success Manager, who wants to become a part of Molteo. You’ll be working in close relation with everyone on the team and help the growing start-up to further develop our customer on-boarding, development and off-boarding. You’ll take our existing tools, such as Hubspot, Userpilot ... and add own ideas to give our customers the ultimate start into the usage of Molteo. Hence, you are shaping our entire companies future!

Molteo is the Web- and App- Software Solution for construction companies, which handles ✔️ worker preplanning, ✔️ time registration,✔️ salary calculation, and ✔️ management of employees and projects; with new features always around the corner. 

We are having big and loyal customers within the DACH market that appreciate our product and support in digitalising the 👷 construction industry. Our HQ is placed in Schleswig (DE), but our team is distributed within Europe physically located in Munich (DE) and Copenhagen (DK); many working remote. 

We are a fun, ambitious, and hardworking team, which has the mission to become the number one worker centric software solution for the construction business. Does not sound “sexy”? We’ll proof you otherwise! 


🔶 WHAT YOU WILL DO

Your job will be support us in developeíng the perfect customer on-boarding and education in close collaboration with our CTO and Head of Sales. In order to be suitable for the position you should:

✅ Have worked in a customer-centric industry/company before

✅ Be an excellent communicator with different stakeholders from workers to management

✅ Familiar with building engaging content and experiences

✅ Support our clients using our tickets

✅ Be in close contact with Sales and Development to solve customer needs

✅ You should bring a creative and independent mindset

✅ Be fluent in written and spoken German and English


🔶 WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for an 🥳 open, 😃 friendly, and 👍 self-driven student customer success manager who is not afraid of running the extra mile. It is desirable to get somebody that has some experience from previous projects and want to support a  growing start-up.
