Are you looking for a new job in software development in the Pirkaanmaa area? Our partner companies in Pirkanmaa are looking for new experts for a variety of software development and maintenance jobs. There are several roles available, for job seekers at different stages of their careers.


Training Description

Apply for employing high-quality recruiting training in modern software development and maintenance. The aim of the training is that everyone who has completed the training will be employed by a partner company immediately after the training. The training partners are e.g. HeadPower, Geniem, E-Bros, Dicode, Husky Intelligence and many other software companies. There are 12 training places open. The training lasts six months, of which on-the-job learning is three months in a new potential job. Studies take place remotely in Finnish and English. Completing an on-the-job training period may require physical arrival at the workplace.


Content of training

The content of the training is tailored to the needs of each student's previous skills and target job. Topics to be studied can be, for example, service production operating models such as DevOps and software development methods such as Agile. There are courses of different levels and scopes to choose from for all common programming languages, app development, and different developer roles. In addition to the courses, the training includes programming exercises that support the goal work. In addition, the participant can choose the specialization they want that best contributes to success in the target job (e.g. software testing and automation specialization, fullstack specialization, frontend + UX / UI specialization).

Learn more about training

Labor market training is free of charge for students. Unemployment benefit and expense allowance are paid for the duration of the training. Recruiting training is intended primarily for the unemployed and those at risk of unemployment. The participant in the training must live in Finland. You cannot participate in the training if you are still studying at a university or equivalent. A graduate may apply for training.
