We are looking for engineers with experience in full-stack web engineering. As a Full-Stack Engineer, you'd be responsible for ensuring that our applications are usable, well-engineered, performant, and thoughtfully written both in our frontend and backend ecosystems. We encourage all engineers to take ownership over technical and product decisions, closely interact with users to collect feedback, and contribute to a thoughtful, dynamic team culture. The challenges we face accelerating autonomy, requires a unique technical stack, mixing open-source robotics frameworks with cutting edge 3D-visualization libraries.

Take Figma design files into responsive websites across browsers and devices
Test, maintain, and improve sites; troubleshoot technical issues related to delivering site experiences
Build web-based sales templates that could be easily adopted by non-technical users
Implement custom code in other digital properties and enable user engagement workflows (e.g., marketing newsletters)
Possess a fundamental grasp of web user experience goals for site visitors
Enable analytics and measurement across site experiences
Enable SEO best practices
Support the implementation of marketing automation technologies
A relevant Bachelor's degree, (Computer Science or similar)
2 years of web development experience
Mastery of web standards, cross-browser compatibility, accessibility and SEO
Familiarity with Webflow and marketing/email automation tools
Strong QA mindset; attention to detail and an appreciation for design and UX
Ability to deliver under tight timing constraints
Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
