Ezensual – Multimedia Designer aka “our lead digital designer”.

Ezensual is operating in the global sensual product industry.

We are looking for a Multimedia Design for a period of minimum 3-6 months with possible employment after the initial period.

WE have no focus on your age, gender, or where you are located. YOU will play a vital role to fulfill Ezensual´s visual brand identity, as well as accomplish our business objectives and goals. We can offer you a global market space. A global consumer client base. … YOU will have the responsibility to …

• Own the company website- and make it a wonderful digital-place-to-be

• Create, improve, and communicate all web design UX/UI, wireframes/mockups/prototypes and follow the brand guidelines

• Facilitate and participate in user-testing and website improvements

• Work from a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs

• Create and improve visual content (graphics, images, video) for use within web, social media, and other digital and non-digital platforms and channel

   

… You do have some of these qualities …

• Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently

• Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design

• Great interpersonel skills

• Good time management abilities

• Strong decision-making skills

   

… As well as these experiences and skills …

• 1 or more years of UI/UX design experience coupled with flair for all things visual

• Knowledge and experience in WordPress (Elementor a plus)

• Experience using tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, InVision, Sketch, Illustrator and additional Adobe programs

• Understanding and experience of front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3 (JavaScript is a nice-to-have)

• A grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping

• You have a good understanding of brand development and it´s a big plus if you have experience in developing visual identities

• We except your professionalism to allow you to participate in discussions about the psychology of creativity, design changes and concise decisions.

   

Our new colleague?

We are a bootstrapping startup. Located with our HQ in Copenhagen, work is most often done from home-offices, and your colleagues are for now based in Denmark, Germany, Turkey, the Philippines, and the USA.

Initial workload is 20-40 hour/moth for the first 2 months. After this we foresee 20-30 hours/mth. We are flexible and understanding regarding your workload and expect you to communicate clearly about the available time on your hands.

Our new employees start with an un-paid trial period, the timing of which we decide together during the interview process. This is an opportunity for you to decide whether your heart can truly join our vision and mission, and for us both to get to know each other. We consider trial-employees as an integral part of our team, hence we do not hire people we do not believe can become part of our team in the long run.
