Ezensual – Digital Sales & Marketing Manager aka “Growth Hacker”.

Ezensual is operating in the global sensual product industry.

YOU will have the responsibility to manage and importantly monetize the company's overall digital marketing strategies as well as structuring and controlling the tactical operations with internal and external teams.

These will be your responsibilities …

• Develop and implement all advanced digital marketing campaigns e.g., Pay-per-click (PPC)/Pay-Per-Performance (PPP), Search Engine Marketing (SEM)/Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Email Marketing, Send Marketing Messages (SMS) campaigns.

• Co-plan (with the marketing crew) boost and maintain our social media presence.

• Budget and track the overall performance across channels (ROI, KPI´s) of all digital marketing campaigns.

• Develop creative digital marketing growth strategies.

• Plan, execute and measure conversion tests to create strategic planning accordingly.

• Work with internal and external teams to create campaigns, landing pages and overall improve the consumer experience.

• Use your analytical abilities to assess the experience of our audience over multiple channels.

• Help in setting and optimizing marketing funnels (e.g., click funnel, conversion funnel, etc.).

• Identify current marketing trends and insights relevant for the Ezensual brand and optimize costs and campaign performance based on these insights.

• Great interpersonal skills.

• Good time management abilities.

• Strong decision-making skills.

• Track-record of real work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist, Growth Hacker or a similar role in a digital marketing and sales department.

• Real knowledge of leading and managing SEO/SEM campaigns.

• Strong understanding of social media and display advertising platforms.

• Strong knowledge of content management and email marketing software.

• Good experience and results from having optimized landing pages and user funnels.

• Detailed experience with website analytics tools and perhaps experience with ad serving tools.

• Ideally you have sufficient experience to setup, handle and optimize Google AdWords campaigns.

   

We are a bootstrapping startup. Located with our HQ in Copenhagen, work is most often done from home-offices, and your colleagues are for now based in Denmark, Germany, Turkey, the Philippines, and the USA.

Initial workload is 20-40 hour/moth for the first 2 months. After this we foresee 20-30 hours/mth. We are flexible and understanding regarding your workload and expect you to communicate clearly about the available time on your hands.

Our new employees start with an un-paid trial period, the timing of which we decide together during the interview process. This is an opportunity for you to decide whether your heart can truly join our vision and mission, and for us both to get to know each other. We consider trial-employees as an integral part of our team, hence we do not hire people we do not believe can become part of our team in the long run.
