Full-stack/Python/Software Developer Intern (Cybersecurity x IoT deep-tech startup)

Binare is a cybersecurity startup established in mid-2020. We are on a mission to provide the most advanced and efficient solution that scans for, analyzes and reports vulnerabilities and cybersecurity risks within IoT devices and their firmware/software, preventing businesses from IoT cyberattacks all around the world. We are proud of our product and have a great ambition of breaking the IoT industry limits and reaching new heights. 


Do you want to be a part of the next cybersecurity unicorn? Ready to help secure the (IoT) world? We are now looking for a cybersecurity and software engineering intern to join our growing team as soon as possible. The length of the internship is 4-6-8 months (it is flexible and depends on a mutual agreement). 


Your tasks 

Tasks include the following:

  • Software Development and Implementation

  • Software Testing

  • Software Automation

  • Analyze and Implement Software and Designs according to requirements

  • Data Analysis and Processing

  • Cybersecurity Analysis and Processing

  • Cybersecurity Pentesting

  • Writing Technical Documentation

  • Writing Technical Reports


What we expect from you

The internship is suitable for a student (especially MSc or PhD). It is a strong advantage if you are already familiar (or has experience) with any of the below:

  • Linux and bash/shell/CLI

  • Docker and containers

  • Python, scripting

  • Angular, HTML, JavaScript

  • JSON, databases

  • Reverse Engineering

In addition, we require fluency in English (Finnish is a great asset, but not mandatory).
