About the role 

We’re now looking for a manager to lead, coach, and nurture highly motivated teams. 

Spiideo is growing, to meet increased demand, and we need to maintain and improve our speed and agility while scaling.

A brief overview of what you will be doing at Spiideo:

You will be a key player and contributor to building development teams that thrive when taking on the scaling challenge of putting Spiideo everywhere you find sport. With your curious mindset, you explore new ways of doing and seeing things to further advance our position as the leading player on the market.

In this position you will also be very operational taking on the role as your team’s agile coach, facilitating standups, retrospectives, and making sure to get the best out of the team. 

You will work closely with our great product owners to deliver products and services that are astonishingly simple, powerful, and innovative.

You will constantly be on the lookout for talent and have a knack for recognizing and attracting top-tier engineers to your team. You understand the importance of building an amazing team and the value it brings to the overall company.
