About the Role

We are looking for a content manager to plan and execute the content marketing strategy. If you are a person who thrives on positioning an intellectually provocative, passionate, and visionary brand through targetted content, this job is for you.

The responsibilities are:

• Preparing Content Marketing Plans to drive business (sales) in existing and new markets.

• Creating and distributing targetted content (blogs, podcasts, press releases, brochures, whitepapers, case studies...) through a thorough understanding of CHAOS' buying personas

• Monitoring and analysing content performance to improve SEO

• Bumping-up website traffic and generating sales qualified leads

• Establishing and maintaining a sales content management system to support sales in accelerating the sales cycles

• Educating target prospects and generating awareness of CHAOS' brand, in existing and new markets.

• Maintaining website content up to date.

  
  

What experience is needed to succeed in the task:

• Domain knowledge in PropTech

• At least 2 years experience in B2B digital marketing

• Experience with SEO

• Experience with complex SaaS sales cycles

• Graphic design skills are a plus

  
  

Skills we are looking for:

• Passion for content creation: Enthusiastic, inquisitive, consistent and committed to delivering weekly content to drive sales.

• Communication skills: Capacity to accurately and clearly convey CHAOS' message to the intended audience. Effective editing skills are crucial.

• Language skills: Impeccable English level. Other languages are a plus, especially Finnish, Danish or Swedish.

• Leadership skills: Ability to coordinate marketing efforts in an environment of constant change and development.

• Digital skills: Adept in digital advertising and social media. Demonstrated track record on LinkedIn is a big plus.

• Perception: Demonstrated ability to see the big picture.
