Our mission at dCompany is to simplify the lives of management, board members and shareholders by streamlining corporate decisions and documentation. We believe lawyers should be doing legal work, not paperwork.

Who we're looking for

We are now looking for a committed developer who has from two to many years of experience in front-end programming, who can help us streamlining legal workflows and digitalizing corporate processes. We welcome applications with at least a bachelor's degree and preferably a master's degree in computer science, computer technology or similar. You have a strong programming foundation, are interested in learning new technology and making continuous improvements.

As a front-end developer at dCompany, you will be part of a development team of very experienced developers. The development team works closely with UX, domain experts (lawyers) and sales/marketing. You will have opportunities to influence the technology choices that you yourself will have to live with.

We are looking for someone who is concerned with good technical solutions and who at the same time has a focus on the end user's journey and experience. We are an open environment with short decision-making processes where you will be given a high degree of trust.

It is important that you have experience with HTML, CSS, TypeScript and responsive design in complex front-end applications. You must also have experience with at least one frontend framework.

- Git, trunk-based development with code reviews

You will work with product development in our interdisciplinary and autonomous team.

- Work with new development, shipping new functionality to production.

- Collaborate closely with other developers, UX, domain experts and the business side to translate requirements into functions that provide good solutions for users.

- Help improve our front-end technologies and development process.
